Mistakes in your writing can distract your readers, giving them the impression that your content is low quality. I look for and correct such errors and polish your text so that you can get your message across clearly and consistently.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Copyediting occurs after developmental and\/or line editing, when your manuscript is in its final form (eg, still a Word document). It is during this stage that I correct misspellings, grammar and punctuation errors, word use errors, clarity, redundancy, and confusing text. I query when something doesn\u2019t make sense, is inconsistent, or is jargon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Proofreading happens when your content is in its final form; it occurs after typesetting or formatting and right before publication. This often means that your text has been typeset or formatted for online publication.
